2018 saw the launch of the Jackie Taylor Memorial Shield.  The award is to recognise outstanding community achievement in honour of all she did for the community. 
In 2018 it was awarded to Marske United Football Club to recognise their sporting achievement over the previous year.
In 2019 it was awarded to Marske Community Christmas Group for their Christmas Day event where local people were invited to a Christmas Day meal with entertainment provided.
In 2020 it was awarded to Trevor Welburn,  Due to Coronavirus the shield was actually presented to Mr Welburn in October 2021.  This is for his fundraising efforts and service to Saltburn

In 2021 it was awarded to Brian Jackson for his outstanding work on the Woodford Close, Marske allotments.  With other tenants, the site has been improved and is now a community hub for tenants and non tenants alike 

In 2022 the shield was awarded to Bob Ryan of Marske Football Club.  This for recognition of the work he has done for the club, particularly with regard to setting up the walking football and the development of the Junior football club.  Also for the work promoting Marske Sports and Recreation Partnershop and being instrumental in the Co-op adopting it as one of its chosen charities.
